About me
Hello! My name is Vicki McGaw and I am a Certified Wisdom Coach that specializes in ages 5-17.
I’m an early childhood major and I have worked with kids of all ages and in many different capacities throughout my career. In becoming a coach, I hope to help kids who are struggling in a variety of ways. The world is a complicated place, but I can provide them with many tools to make it a bit easier to navigate. I do this through stories, crafts, games, workbooks, and EFT tapping.
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and involves tapping on various meridian points on the body while talking about what is going on. It is very effective for stress reduction, self-esteem, motiviation, health issues and so much more.
